CORE GROUP LLC ("Core Group", "we") provides head-office activities, accounting and tax consulting, management consulting, data processing and hosting, and media placement. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Group companies and clients
Contacts of managers, contracts and invoices.
3. Shared services
We process employee, payroll, customer and supplier data of client companies as a processor under written agreements, with access limited to assigned staff.
4. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (accounting, tax), legitimate interests (group management).
5. Recipients
Tax authorities and banks on client instructions, auditors, hosting providers, media outlets for placements. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
